If you are in this part of Oregon make sure to pay a visit to Upper Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Eagle Cap Chalets is a glorious choice; Matterhorn Swiss Village is a wonderful location to get some rest. Through the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Upper Lake; the night is somewhat colder of course, usually in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Upper Lake.

This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Upper Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wallowa Lake State Park is a magnificent location for that, and a cool spot to go to is Benson
Glacier. Man, is there a heap of entertaining things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. Going for a hike along the Kettle Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and why not stop at close by Knight Creek since
you're here at Upper Lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area close to Upper Lake has to offer. Stay the night at Scenic Meadows RV Park, and if you've had enough of Upper Lake, Crescent Lake is nearby.
A range like the Wallowa Mountains here at Upper Lake is always pretty; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Copper Creek Trail.
