If you are in Douglas county it's always a good idea to stop by Umpqua Log Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Umpqua River - South, and Holiday Inn Express Roseburg, Or is a glorious place to get some rest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Coast Ranges has to offer. Camping at Western Star Mobile Estates is always a brilliant experience. Lakes? | | here. Going for a hike along the South Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and there's whitewater on Umpqua River - North for all you adrenaline rush seekers. The high level of rainfall makes Umpqua Log Pond a relatively wet spot; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. Shady Point, and after a long day outdoors Roseburg Travelodge is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Little Valley is a tremendous place to spend some time at, and camping is available at Broken Arrow
- Umpqua National Forest. Summer at Umpqua Log Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's; night lows in the 30's for Umpqua
Log Pond. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Coast Ranges is great! The nice folks of Roseburg like to hang out nearby; Sun Studs Log Pond is a glorious lake nearby. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful.
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area right next door to Umpqua Log Pond has to offer. While you're here at Umpqua Log Pond you can play some golf at Stewart Park Golf Course, and some nearby water includes Marsters Creek.
