There are some good whitewater spots on Rogue River - North Fork, and going for a hike on the Twin Ponds Trail is always a nice adventure. Twin Ponds is located in the Southern Cascade Range. Buck Basin is a great place, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Cat Hill Way. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Twin Ponds called the Crater Trail, and you can stay the night       at Saddle Campground. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range.
