What a nice lake Twin Lakes is. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll adore Twin Lakes. You can make out Elkhorn Peak from Twin Lakes, and you can stay the night at North Fork Anthony Campground. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Anthony Lakes while you're here; why not check out Pine Creek Dam while you're here. Ford Campground is a brilliant site. Twin Lakes is pretty waterless generally; throughout the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month of the year is July. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's
even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains. Twin Lakes is right by the Elkhorn Crest Trail; Depot Inn is a good place to get some rest.
