Twin Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Mountains. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Blue Mountains. A quick spree to South Prong Pine Creek in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes is a magnificent idea, and a tremendous close by hotel is Best Western Sunridge Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at North Fork Anthony Campground, and there's some exciting stuff to see at Pine Creek

| | Dam in close proximity to Twin Lakes. All year is a great time in the Blue Mountains if you like the outdoors. There is a great hiking trail near Twin Lakes called the Elkhorn Crest Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Pine Creek Reservoir. The Twin Lakes Trail is a brilliant hiking trail right next door to Twin Lakes, and great skiing awaits you at Anthony Lakes. For the period of the warm days of summer, | |

highs mostly are in the 80's at Twin Lakes, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Twin Lakes
drop into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Near Twin Lakes you discover the Rock Creek Lake Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; not far from Twin Lakes you'll hit upon Rock Creek Lake which is a beautiful lake. Not sufficient
hours in a day to enjoy this spot. If you need a spot to stay Rodeway Inn Baker City is a brilliant choice; do set aside some time for Cougar Basin since you're here at Twin Lakes. Rocky Ford Campground is a fine campground nearby;
the vista of stunning Elkhorn Peak is perfect. Twin Lakes is ordinarily a relatively dry location; through December this area sees the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month.

They had the best barbeque, the lift lines where short, and the powder was great.... ...runs are accessed via a triple chair that reaches 900 vertical feet. A handle tow and magic carpet are located at the base area accommodating all levels of skiers. Anthony Lakes offers a full service rental shop, Nordic Center, Learning Center, snowmobile trail access, and trailer parking. At the base of towering alpine peaks, the Day Lodge provides snowriders and nonsnowriders with food service, and a warm place to mingle and watch the slopes. The Starbottle Saloon proudly serves the 2006 Great American Beer Festival first place award winner, Tumble Off Pale Ale.
