If you are traveling by, why not stop by Twin Lake. During your spree to Twin Lake you'll meet some people from La Grande for sure, and going for a hike along the Evans Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. There are some good whitewater spots on Grande Ronde River, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Five Points Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Anthony Lakes is a great place to do that, and

| | what would winter be without some skiing at Spout Springs. Twin Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Mountains. It is very dried out here at Twin Lake regularly; all through January this area sees the most snow, and July is when it's the driest.

will keep you coming back many times. Lagrande Super 8 Motel is a tremendous place to get some rest; since you're here you can take a hike along the Summit Mount Emily Trail. Man, is there a load of exciting things to do in the neighborhood
of Twin Lake. A magnificent close by hotel is La Grande Travelodge; why not check out Morgan Lake Dam since you're here.
For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Twin Lake get into the 80's. Through the dark
hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Twin Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Mountains.
Lakes are good; Morgan Lake is a lake that's right next door to Twin Lake. There's so much to do here at Twin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rendezvous RV Park is a great place for that.
