The beauty of Twin Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Grande Ronde River next to Twin Lake, and perfect hiking is available along the Summit Mount Emily Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Very stunning scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Spout Springs, and Morgan Lake Dam is a stunning place, beyond doubt worth stopping at. Just can't get enough of the Blue Mountains. A wonderful close by hotel is Royal

| | Motor Inn, and there's splendid hiking along the Five Points Trail.
All through the days of summer here at Twin Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Twin Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. some skiing at Anthony Lakes, and camping at Twin Lake is good fun, Rendezvous RV Park is a good local campground. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. If you need a place to stay Greenwell Motel is a delightful
choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Broken Arrow Lodge is a great spot to camp.
While you're here at Twin Lake, you could also take a look at stunning Hunter Lake, and don't leave Twin Lake without first going for a
hike along the Evans Trail. Twin Lake is not far at all from La Grande, and get your heart beating on the nice whitewater of Grande Ronde River.
This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Mountains. Twin Lake is typically a relatively
dried out place; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is typically the driest month.
