The Mirror Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you've had enough of Trillium Lake, Mirror Lake is nearby. You clearly must fancy Trillium Lake. The summit of Eureka Peak can be spotted from Trillium Lake; don’t forget to check out Red Top Meadow since you're here at Trillium Lake.       Through the summertime here at Trillium Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Trillium Lake temperatures drop to the 30's. Man, is there plenty of fun stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. There's great hiking along the Tom Dick Trail, and why not head up to Timberline                  Lodge and strap some skis to your feet. Some delightful nature is available in Mount Hood National Forest, and perfect water scenery is available at Trillium Lake Dam near Trillium Lake. Get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Sandy River, and Salmon River Campground is a fine campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a great choice; if you came for an overnight stay High Cascade Snowboard Camp is a magnificent location to camp. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Trillium Lake; Hidden Lake Trail is a glorious local trail, and dry warm beds await you at Mount Hood Inn. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too fine to be true. You're sure to encounter some nice people from Hood River here. Trillium Lake is a relatively wet place usually with a great deal of rain; during December this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You clearly must adore the Central Cascade Range. East Fork Salmon River is close to Trillium Lake and is always a joy to check out, and you can run the rapids of White River.
