Trillium Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. This place is unbeatable, just explore all the amusing stuff to do in the vicinity of Trillium Lake. Red Top Meadow is a great location, and skiing at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl is one of those things you just should do. A delightful place for whitewater paddling right next door to Trillium Lake is Sandy River, and some of the water close by flows, like East Fork       Salmon River. This lake is so wonderful. You get a magnificent panorama of Eureka Peak from Trillium Lake; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Timberline Lodge while you're here. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Trillium Lake called the Tom Dick Trail, and Huckleberry Inn is a good place to get some rest. For the duration of the warm months at Trillium Lake highs are generally in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down                  to the 50's.
