Timber Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Dry warm beds await you at Whispering Woods (Vri), and tremendous hiking is available along the Cold Spring Trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Go for a hike on the Roaring River Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork offers some nice whitewater. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one

| | place! The Central Cascade Range is peerless! Get yourself into a kayak and hit Clackamas River, and there are nice locations to discover along the Dry Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Timber Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shining Lake Campground, and Nowhere Meadow is a great location to stretch your legs a bit. one with the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do in the neighborhood of Timber Lake. Do take a look at Acme Timber Company Mill Dam since you're here at Timber Lake;
swamps don’t sound that great but Austin Meadow near Timber Lake is pretty great. Acme Timber Company Mill Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and why not take a little spree to Austin Creek while you're here. This lake
is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Resort at the Mountain is a good place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Timber Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lookout Springs Campground is a splendid
place for that. Timber Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. Summertime highs at Timber Lake typically tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Timber Lake.
