What a nice lake Timber Lake is. Timber Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. All the water falling down from the sky makes Timber Lake a wet location; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Resort at the Mountain, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork.

| | so wonderful. Take a look at nearby Austin Meadow, and tremendous hiking is available along the Dry Ridge Trail. There are some great whitewater spots on Clackamas River, and camping at Shining Lake Campground is always a good experience. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Timber Lake. The Cold Spring Trail offers hiking at its best. Lakes are brilliant; Serene Lake is a lake that's near Timber Lake.

things to do in the Central Cascade Range. A perfect place to camp here at Timber Lake is Lookout Springs Campground, and there's magnificent hiking along the Roaring River Trail. Through the summertime at Timber Lake highs are commonly
in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. During the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Timber Lake. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up
to the Central Cascade Range. Nowhere Meadow is right here at Timber Lake; you can take a little trip to Acme Timber Company Mill Dam since you're here at Timber Lake.
Some close by water includes Austin Creek, and if you need a location to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a great choice.
