Timber Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Timber Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. Stay the night at Lookout Springs Campground, and if you get bored of Timber Lake you could also take a look at close by Acme Timber Company Mill Pond. Timber Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least

| | amount of precipitation. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Timber Lake, and the overnight is quite chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Timber Lake. Take a hike on the Dry Ridge Trail, and after a long day outdoors Resort at the Mountain is a great site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Ripplebrook Pond is a nearby lake; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Roaring River Trail. Just can't get enough of Timber Lake. There are swamps here too; Austin Meadow is in the neighborhood, and Timber Lake is
a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Shining Lake Campground is a tremendous location to camp nearby. If you need a spot to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a pleasant choice. So much enjoyable stuff in the Central
Cascade Range, just mind-blowing. Going for a hike along the Cold Spring Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Clackamas River. This lake is so wonderful.
Don’t forget to have a look at Nowhere Meadow if you're here at Timber Lake; obviously Austin Creek flows through this neighborhood. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is
not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork, and Acme Timber Company Mill Dam has splendid water scenery.
