The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Lakes are such calm spots, why not explore Horse Lake near Teal Lake; don't forget to take a glorious little visit to Camp Creek. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more enjoyable stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range. Good hiking is available along the Tipsoo Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Willamette Pass is a very       popular ski area nearby, and the vistas at Crater Lake National Park will blow your mind. Through the summertime at Teal Lake highs are frequently in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Teal Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Lots of rain falls at Teal Lake; the month with most of the rain is November; July meanwhile is the driest                  month. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range. You'll discover a wonderful lake called Diamond Lake near Teal Lake, and during your stay here do stop at nearby Pumice Beach. Camping is available at Diamond Lake RV Park, and there's great hiking along the Thielsen Creek Trail. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves.
