This lake is so wonderful. Teal Lake typically gets a lot of rainfall; through December this area sees the most rain; July is when it's the driest. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Teal Lake has it all. North Slough is a lovely stream that is worth taking a look at, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Holiday Motel is a good location to spend a night or two. And that's not all you can do here in the       Coast Ranges. Lakes? Sure, Sandpoint Lake is close at hand, and drift down the rapids of Millicoma River - West Fork in a kayak. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Kentuck Golf Course; a tremendous nearby hotel is Comfort Inn North Bend. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Threemile Lake Trail is always a great adventure; Teal Lake is not far at all from Coos Bay. Teal Lake is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges.                  Summer at Teal Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 60's, and the night is a little chillier of course, typically in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Teal Lake. If you came to camp Firs Mobile Home and RV Park is a magnificent place to do that, and one of the best things about this place is its proximity to North Beach. So much amusing stuff in the Coast Ranges, just unbelievable.
