    Go to Tanner Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. While you're here at Tanner Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Grants Pass, and there are other locations here than Tanner Lake, for example East Tanner Lake. Elk Creek has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and going for a hike on the Bolan Lake Trail is always a fine adventure. Summertime highs at Tanner Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the  
   40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows during the winter for Tanner Lake tend to be in the 30's.
Tanner Lake is a wet site that gets lots of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is July. All the outdoors exciting things in the Klamath Mountains will keep you coming back many times. If the weather is wonderful, you acquire a nice sight of Grizzly Peak from Tanner Lake; if you feel
 
               like a little side trip, try Grizzly Gulch. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. Near Tanner Lake you locate the Boundary Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and camping at Klamath RV Park is always a nice experience.
The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Riverside Inn Resort is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There are great places to discover along the Sucker Creek Trail; not far from Tanner Lake you'll find Tanner Lakes which is a pretty lake.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Klamath Mountains. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Indian Creek Klamath Tributary, and Tanner Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, West Branch Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Do pay a visit to Oregon Caves National Monument if you're here at Tanner Lake, and a quick journey to Deadhorse Creek is unquestionably a brilliant idea.
