Tall Timber Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Klamath Mountains. Booker Creek is a great spot to check out; there are other sites here than Tall Timber Reservoir, for example Rosenberg Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Sunset Inn is a pleasant choice, and don't leave Tall Timber Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Kerby

At Tall Timber Reservoir all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Tall Timber Reservoir. is a good local destination. This lake is one of the great places here in the Klamath Mountains. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Tall Timber Reservoir. Lake Selmac RV Resort is a great campground
nearby, and there's nice hiking along the Limestone Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Near Tall Timber Reservoir you stumble on a golf course called Illinois Valley Golf Course. Lakes? Sure, Lake Selmac is in close proximity.
Lots of folks from Grants Pass come to Tall Timber Reservoir; pleasant hiking is available along the Althouse Trail. The high level of rain makes Tall Timber Reservoir a quite wet place; of all the months in a year December is the
one with the most rain while July is mostly the driest month. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Bonham Spring, and if you come at the right time of year, Grave Creek offers some great whitewater. So many cool things
in the Klamath Mountains, just impressive. Near Tall Timber Reservoir you stumble on Draper Valley which is a good location to check out; float down the rapids of Illinois River in a kayak.

Lone Mountain RV Resort

The park sits 300 feet off Redwood Highway 199, the Mystic Corridor scenic byway that connects the Redwood National Park in California with Crater Lake National Park in Oregon. The park has 32 RV spaces in a well-landscaped area of nearly four acres, with an adjoining nature trail and creek.
