So many fun things to do here in the Coast Ranges, too great to be true. If you need a location to stay Economy Inn Reedsport is a good choice; paddling on Millicoma River - West Fork is so much fun. Tahkenitch Lake gets a lot of water; most of the rain falls during December, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast Ranges. Do schedule some       time to visit Burnt Point near Tahkenitch Lake if you have a chance, and not far from Tahkenitch Lake you'll find Elbow Lake which is a gorgeous lake. All year is a good time in the Coast Ranges if you like the outdoors. Go for a hike on the Threemile Lake Trail. High temperatures at Tahkenitch Lake during the long summer days are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's;                  after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Tahkenitch Lake plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
