Sutherlin Log Pond is located in the Coast Ranges. Any time is a delightful time at Sutherlin Log Pond if you love the outdoors. Umpqua River - North has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by,       and Sutherlin Log Pond is not the only place close by, North Douglas Log Ponds is a close by lake. There's so much to do here at Sutherlin Log Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hi-way Haven RV Park is a brilliant place for that; a pleasant place is Camas Swale. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more enjoyable stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Do have a look at Sutherlin Log Pond Dam since you're here at Sutherlin Log Pond; paddling on Umpqua                  River - South is so much fun. Through the summer months highs here at Sutherlin Log Pond reach the 80's; the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 40's, and overnight lows at Sutherlin Log Pond during the wintertime typically dip into the 30's. Some of the water nearby flows, like Cooper Creek; a delightful nearby hotel is Umpqua Regency Inn. Just can't get enough of the Coast Ranges. After a long day outdoors Roseburg Super 8 Motel is a great place to spend a night or two; if you came to camp Mt Nebo Trailer Park is a tremendous place to do that. This lake is so wonderful.
