Oregon has many beautiful lakes and Sunset Lake is one of them. Good hiking is available along the Cannon Beach Trail, and Sunset Lake is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Bud's Campground is a tremendous location to camp nearby. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Sunset Lake is unbeatable! You're sure to encounter some nice people from Astoria here, and a stunning lake like Taylor Lake is a splendid place to explore. These mountains rock, just look at all the cool things to do in the Coast Ranges. A trip to Clatsop Plains rejuvenates the spirit, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Ocean View Resort is a pleasant choice. After a long day outdoors Gearhart House is a glorious site to spend a night or two, and Astoria Golf & Country Club is a perfect golf course close by. Sunset Lake is located in the Coast Ranges.

Ranges. Sunset Beach is in the vicinity of Sunset Lake and is a pretty beach to stop by, and do pay a visit to Fort Clatsop National Memorial while you're here at Sunset Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Sunset Lake Resort and Park
is a glorious local campground; lakes are such serene locations, why not stop by Slusher Lake. Sunset Lake generally gets a large amount of rainfall; throughout the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest
month of the year is July.
Through the summertime, highs typically are in the 60's at Sunset Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are frequently in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Sunset Lake.
