Nehalem River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by; paddling on Rock Creek is so much fun. A pretty lake like Spaniol Reservoir right next door to Sunago Reservoir is a tremendous place to go to; Hidden Valley is a great place here at Sunago Reservoir. Man, is there a lot of entertaining stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Some of the water close by flows, like Grebe Creek, and       if you came to camp Horning's Fishing & Picnic is a good spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western University Inn & Suites, and Dam Site Reservoir is a perfect lake close by. This place, Sunago Reservoir, it absolutely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Quail Valley Golf Course is a golf course in close proximity to Sunago Reservoir; after a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn And Suites Forest Grove is a                  fine site to spend a night or two. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Sunago Reservoir you can see Bald Mountain, and Sunago Reservoir is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Big Eddy County Park is a nice local campground. Sunago Reservoir gets much water; December is the month that gets the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. Summer at Sunago Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's.
