    Summit Lake is a lake worth visiting. Summit Lake is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day, Hutton Campground is a magnificent location to camp nearby; don’t forget to take a look at Ash Flat since you're here at Summit Lake. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do in the Siskiyou Mountains. While you're here at Summit Lake you must visit Mulligan Bay, and there's splendid hiking along the Low Gap Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Siskiyou  
   Mountains.
So much exciting stuff to do here in the Siskiyou Mountains, too perfect to be true. If you're here at Summit Lake, you could pop by Slickear Creek; Applegate Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Nicks Spring, and great hiking is available along the Boundary National Recreation Trail. So many enjoyable things near Summit Lake, absolutely fantastic. A great location
 
               to stop at near Summit Lake is City Gulch, and get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Klamath River.
This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Summit Lake to spot the water at Squaw Lakes Dam, and if you're here, you could also explore picturesque Squaw Lakes. Don't leave Summit Lake without first going for a hike along the Horse Camp Trail, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Windsor Inn is a perfect choice. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really plentiful here at Summit Lake. Holiday Inn Express Medford, Oregon is a magnificent location to get some rest.
Summertime highs at Summit Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Summit Lake. Mulligan Bay Campground is a pleasant campground nearby; there's whitewater on Scott River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. An average amount of precipitation falls at Summit Lake; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
