Summit Lake is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day, Hutton Campground is a magnificent location to camp nearby; don’t forget to take a look at Ash Flat since you're here at Summit Lake. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do in the Siskiyou Mountains. While you're here at Summit Lake you must visit Mulligan Bay, and there's splendid hiking along the Low Gap Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Siskiyou       Mountains. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Siskiyou Mountains, too perfect to be true. If you're here at Summit Lake, you could pop by Slickear Creek; Applegate Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Nicks Spring, and great hiking is available along the Boundary National Recreation Trail. So many enjoyable things near Summit Lake, absolutely fantastic. A great location                  to stop at near Summit Lake is City Gulch, and get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Klamath River. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Summit Lake to spot the water at Squaw Lakes Dam, and if you're here, you could also explore picturesque Squaw Lakes.
