Do stop by Storm Lake while you're in this part of Oregon. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 60's at Storm Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Storm Lake. So much fun stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range, not sufficient time. of Storm Lake; hiking along the Varney Creek Trail is splendid fun. This lake is so wonderful. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Mountain Lakes Trail, and soar down the rapids of Klamath River in a kayak. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range.
