Stone Hill Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. The Blue Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Five Points Trail, and Walla Walla Super 8 Motel is a good spot to get some rest. That right there is plenty of exciting things already but it goes on, the Blue Mountains has it all. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Spout Springs is right next door to Stone Hill Reservoir, and South Fork Campground is a wonderful local

| | campground. Summertime highs at Stone Hill Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Stone Hill Reservoir are in the 20's. What a site this is for outdoors people. Lick Creek Trail is a good local trail, and after a long day outdoors Walla Walla East Main St. Travelodge is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. Stone Hill Reservoir is pretty waterless frequently; the month with most
of the rain is November while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A lovely lake like Weston Pond close to Stone Hill Reservoir is a wonderful place to go to. Be careful coming to the
Blue Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Stone Hill Reservoir is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Elk Campground is a splendid location to camp nearby, and you'll locate a stunning lake called
Langdon Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the North Fork Trail It's always glorious to take a look at Bingham Springs.

Spout Springs
 | 11 miles away 9 PHOTOS ...d in 1927 and was first known as the Blue Mountain Ski Club. Pete and Esther Eyraud were the first owners. Pete was the second President of Pacific Northwest Ski Instructors Association and was instrumental in bringing the first French ski instructors to the northwest ski areas. Its name is derived from the numerous natural springs that are found throughout the region. There are three springs on the resort's property. Spout Springs has 2 double chair lifts, a 21 KM cross country trail system, night skiing (the entire area is lighted), and one of the states few free tubing hills. In the late 60's, Spout Springs was the Nordic training center for the United States Olympic team and the Norwegian jump team. Spout Springs flies the Olympic Flag for this distinction.
