Not far from Stekel Reservoir you get some great water scenery at Scheckels Dam, and a magnificent place to camp here at Stekel Reservoir is Rock Springs Campground. Summertime highs at Stekel Reservoir regularly tend to be in the       80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 30's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Stekel Reservoir drop into the 0's. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Mountains for a glorious time. Not far from Stekel Reservoir, you'll find Scheckels Reservoir which is a lovely lake, and why not check out close by Mountain Creek since you're here at Stekel Reservoir. Stekel Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains. Stekel Reservoir is typically a relatively dried up site; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month of the year is July. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do close to Stekel Reservoir.
