In Oregon there are many beautiful lakes, Starr Reservoir is one of them. Starr Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Blue Mountains. Glide down the rapids of Grande Ronde River in a kayak, and don't forget to take a splendid little trip to Coon Creek. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains, too good to be true. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Hale Spring Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Anthony Lakes is a glorious spot to do that. Summertime highs at Starr Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 80's; the overnight is a tad colder of course, frequently in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Starr Reservoir dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Grande Ronde River; everybody nearby loves skiing at Spout Springs.
Mint Spring is an inspiring place to stop at during your stay. You'll need more than a day to discover
everything Starr Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at La Grande Rendezvous RV Resort. And that's not all you can do here at Starr Reservoir. There's great hiking along the Five Points Trail, and Starr Reservoir is a good place
to visit for more than one day, Grandview Campground is a good place to camp nearby. Man, is there heaps of exciting stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Summit Mount Emily Trail, and Bull Canyon is
another great location to visit close by.
That right there is a load already, but it goes on; Starr Reservoir has it all. A splendid nearby hotel is Best Western Rama Inn & Suites; during your visit here you'll meet some people
from La Grande for sure. Not much rain falls here at Starr Reservoir; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
