Not much rain falls here at Stanley Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is December; July is the month with the least moisture. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Ashland is a great site to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Stanley Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Medford Oaks Campark is a fine place for that. For the duration of the summer, highs frequently are in the 90's at Stanley Reservoir with nighttime lows

| | in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Stanley Reservoir are in the 30's. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Southern Cascade Range. Big Butte Creek is a great whitewater spot near Stanley Reservoir, and if you need a spot to stay La Quinta Inn And Suites Ashland is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Dam, and not far from Stanley Reservoir you'll stumble on Owens Reservoir which is a delightful lake. Skiing at Mt. Ashland is one of those things you just should do, and let's not forget Long Branch which is a stream that you may
stumble upon while here. This lake is so wonderful. On a fine day at Stanley Reservoir you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 19, and if you're going to from Medford, you won't be the only one. This place
is unbeatable, just check out all the enjoyable things to do in the vicinity of Stanley Reservoir. All year is a great time in the Southern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. Lakes? Sure, Owen Reservoir is around here, and in
the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rogue River - North Fork. So many amusing things to do at Stanley Reservoir, so little time. Rocky Gulch is next to Stanley Reservoir
and is positively a magnificent spot to have a look at, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Bieberstedt Trail. Stanley Reservoir is located in the Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the Buck Point Trail will
let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Stanley Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Fish Lake Resort is a great local campground.

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
