The beauty of Squaw Lakes is reason enough to stop by. Some close by water includes Lyman Creek, and Scott River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Squaw Lakes; Boundary National Recreation Trail is a good local trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Windsor Inn is a nice site to spend a night or two. | | plunge down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 40's; night lows at Squaw Lakes through the wintertime mostly drop into the 20's. An average amount of rain falls at Squaw Lakes; the month with most of the rain is December while July is ordinarily the driest month. Mulligan Bay is in the vicinity and always magnificent to explore, and you have to undeniably dedicate some time to Ash Flat since you're here at Squaw Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Summit Lake is a nearby lake that you could
pop by; a nice place is Doe Hollow. Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are really abundant here at Squaw Lakes. A tour to Curiosity Spring will fill your soul with nice feelings, and Squaw Lakes is perfect enough to spend more
than a day at, Hutton Campground is a perfect local campground. So many entertaining things to do here in the Siskiyou Mountains, too nice to be true. A lake close by is Applegate Lake; fine hiking is available along the Horse
Camp Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Medford, Oregon, and at Squaw Lakes you can distinguish Squaw Peak. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Siskiyou Mountains. Squaw Lakes is located in the Siskiyou Mountains.

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts.
