A visit to Squaw Lakes is always a good idea. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Squaw Lakes get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are typically in the 40's while Squaw Lakes night low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. | | Oregon is a good choice. Squaw Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Siskiyou Mountains. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do close to Squaw Lakes. Mulligan Bay is pretty in close proximity to Squaw Lakes. You don’t have to go far from Squaw Lakes to spot the water at Squaw Lakes Dam, and whitewater paddling is nice on Klamath River. visible from Squaw Lakes; a great place to camp here at Squaw Lakes is Hutton Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Boundary National Recreation Trail; after a long day outdoors Best Western Windsor Inn is
a wonderful place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Scott River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and Doe Hollow is a magnificent spot to go to. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The
Siskiyou Mountains is peerless! Camping at Mulligan Bay Campground is always a great experience, and a tour to Ash Flat revitalizes the soul. Lyman Creek flows through this neighborhood; why not take a refreshing hike along the
Horse Camp Trail. A typical amount of rain falls here at Squaw Lakes; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest month of the year is July. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the Siskiyou Mountains
has to offer. If you get bored of Squaw Lakes, you could also pop by nearby Summit Lake, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Low Gap Trail.
