River; don't leave Squaw Creek Irrigation District Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Green Lakes Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Swampy Lakes
Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at K O A Kampgrounds, and there are brilliant spots to explore along the Three Creek Lake Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Squaw Creek Irrigation District
Reservoir a wet place; throughout December this area sees the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. During the warm days of summer highs here at Squaw Creek Irrigation District Reservoir reach the 70's, and during the night
it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Squaw Creek Irrigation District Reservoir descend into the 10's.
