     This lake is so wonderful. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Sproul Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Sproul Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Mt Vernon Motel and Trailer Park is a glorious site for that, and the High Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. High temperatures at Sproul Reservoir throughout the long summer days are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs through  
   the winter are in the 30's; overnight lows in the 20's for Sproul Reservoir.
Around Sproul Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sproul Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at The Timbers Inn and RV Park; do pop by The Potholes, it's a wonderful lake. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here
 
               in the Blue Mountains. If you need a location to stay Best Western John Day Inn is a splendid choice, and not far from Sproul Reservoir you get some great water scenery at Sproul Dam.
Hay Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at, and there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Buck Cabin Trail. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Blue Mountains. A pretty lake like Lost Creek Reservoir right next door to Sproul Reservoir is a great location to have a look at, and going for a hike on the Dry Duncan Creek Trail is always a good adventure. Sproul Reservoir is located in the Blue Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn, and Oxbow Spring is always fun to check out.
