Why not stop by Spinning Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. Badger Butte is beautiful and can be seen from Spinning Lake, and Spinning Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Nottingham Campground is a great local campground. This place, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. This is a popular place for people from Hood River, and White River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot close

| | by. This lake is so wonderful. Cooper Spur has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff, and Badger Lake is a fine lake nearby.
So much enjoyable stuff near Spinning Lake, truly mind-boggling. A good nearby hotel is Comfort Suites Hood River. Don't forget to take a splendid little trip to Swamp Creek, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Little Boulder Way Trail. have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River.
So many entertaining things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not sufficient time. A short journey to Kane Springs is always worthwhile;
if you need a place to stay Mount Hood Inn is a perfect choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Having a great time at Spinning Lake is trouble-free. There's so much to do here at Spinning Lake that you
need to camp here for a while, Dam Campground is a good location for that, and do set aside some time for Bonney Meadows while you're here at Spinning Lake.
Going for a hike along the Swamp Creek Hidden Meadows Trail will let
you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and good skiing awaits you at Mt. Hood Meadows. A great deal of precipitation falls at Spinning Lake; during the month of December you get the most rain around here; July on the other hand
is the driest. Summertime highs at Spinning Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Spinning Lake.
