Spinning Lake is a nice lake to visit. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Spinning Lake. Comfort Suites Hood River is a tremendous place to get some rest; a trip to Kane Springs will fill your soul with great feelings. The slopes of Cooper Spur are so inviting nobody can resist; since you're here, you could visit Swamp Creek. Spinning Lake, and Nottingham Campground is a good campground nearby. Spinning Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. At Spinning Lake during the summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends
down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 40's; nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Spinning Lake tend to be in the 30's. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Badger Butte is simple to
spot from Spinning Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River.
