Go to Spence Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. Morgan Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Paddy Lots Springs is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Spence Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Summit Mount Emily Trail; dry warm beds await you at Lagrande Super 8 Motel. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from La Grande here, and at Spence Reservoir you can make out Table Mountain. If you came for an overnight stay Rendezvous RV Park is a perfect place to camp; La Grande Travelodge is a great spot to get some rest. ordinarily in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's; overnight lows in the 20's for Spence Reservoir. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do close
to Spence Reservoir. Camping is available at Broken Arrow Lodge, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Grande Ronde River. Visit Deal Creek since you're here at Spence Reservoir; there's great hiking along the Five Points Trail.
Spence Reservoir is pretty dehydrated ordinarily; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that snows the most while July is ordinarily the driest month. Gotta ski! Anthony Lakes is a fine spot to do that; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Grande Ronde River.
