You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Southern Cascade Range has to offer. If you need a place to stay Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel is a delightful choice, and South Pass Lake is right       by the South Pass Lake Trail. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of South Pass Lake. Not far from South Pass Lake, you'll hit upon Paragon Lake which is a picturesque lake; if you come at the right time of year, Klamath River offers some pleasant whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Varney Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and there are other places here than South Pass Lake,                  for example Mystic Lake. Nearby South Pass is a great place to go if you're at South Pass Lake; hiking along the Moss Creek Trail is great fun. Summertime at South Pass Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 60's.
