There are some glorious whitewater spots on Deschutes River, and if you came for an overnight stay East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a wonderful location to camp. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Best Western Newberry Station is a magnificent site                  to get some rest, and South Corral Lake is not the only place close by, North Corral Lake is a close by lake. A day on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor is just what you need; don't miss out on a nice swamp; Corral Swamp is right here at South Corral Lake. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is a heap already, but it goes on; South Corral Lake has it all. Go for a hike on the Cultus Lake Trail, and Upper Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Willamette Pass is good, obviously you could also go to Comma Lake if you're here; it's not far at all.
