Sure, Wild Ace Lake is in close proximity to Smith Lake, and a journey to Fort Clatsop National Memorial is worthwhile.                  That right there is a lot already, but it carries on; Smith Lake has it all. Old Skipanon Creek is close to Smith Lake and is always a bliss to take a look at, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Astoria Inn. Stay the night at Kampers West Kampground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Cannon Beach Trail. So much fun stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too nice to be true.
