    If you are in this part of Oregon make sure to pay a visit to Skipper Lakes. So many fun things to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too delightful to be true. Why not camp at Slim Chance Campground since you're here at Skipper Lakes. Skipper Lakes gets a large amount of water; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month is July. This site is excellent, just explore all the amusing things to do near Skipper Lakes. Silver Rock is a great  
   spot to explore while in the neighborhood; going for a hike along the Bradley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
Summertime highs at Skipper Lakes commonly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are regularly in the 40's; night lows during the wintertime for Skipper Lakes tend to be in the 30's. This lake is one of the great places here
 
               in the Central Cascade Range. Balm Mountain is easy to spot from Skipper Lakes, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Oakridge Inn is a perfect location to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Perry Butte Way, and camping is available at Camas Creek Campground. Have a good hiking adventure along the Cinder Prairie Way, and get soaked paddling on Copland Creek. Man, is there lots of amusing things to do in the Central Cascade Range. You'll come across a charming lake called Toketee Lake near Skipper Lakes; float down the rapids of Steamboat Creek in a kayak.
