Sure, Slate Reservoir is next to Sixtynine Reservoir, and if you came for an overnight stay Crane Creek Campground is a fine location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. You       could also have a look at JB Reservoir while you're here at Sixtynine Reservoir; it's close by; it's a splendid idea to check out Flag Creek. Throughout the summertime months at Sixtynine Reservoir highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 30's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 30's; nighttime lows at Sixtynine Reservoir during the wintertime frequently drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.                  Don't leave Sixtynine Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Little Baldy Trail, and Fopian Campground is a fine campground nearby. Just can't get enough of Sixtynine Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Starvation Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Sixtynine Reservoir is in the neighborhood of Slate Gulch which is without doubt worth visiting.
