Shockley Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Sandy Inn is a fine choice, and going for a hike along the Eagle Creek Cutoff will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. There are other places here than Shockley Reservoir, for example Roslyn Lake. Shockley Reservoir is located

| | in the Central Cascade Range. If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great earth it would be. Why not camp at Armstrong - Mount Hood National Forest while you're here at Shockley Reservoir; getting to Bear Creek from Shockley Reservoir is uncomplicated. Whitewater paddling is great on Eagle Creek; a tremendous close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Gresham-Troutdale, Or. Get soaked paddling on Bull Run, and you can have a nice hiking | |

adventure along the Fanton Plaza Trail. This spot, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Camp Creek - Mount Hood National Forest is a great local campground, and if you're here you can take a hike along
the Old Baldy Trail. All through the months of summer highs here at Shockley Reservoir get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's with temperatures at
Shockley Reservoir dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. Shockley Reservoir is a rather wet place commonly with a lot of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
