La Grande Travelodge is a perfect place to get some rest, and Huddleston Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by. What a location this is for outdoors people. Why not camp at Rocky Ford Campground if you're here at Shaw Reservoir; you can go for a hike on the Rock Creek Lake Trail. Near Shaw Reservoir you come across the Beatty Creek Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; the slopes of Anthony Lakes are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake

| | is so wonderful. Why not stop by Shaw Dam if you're here, and a perfect site to camp here at Shaw Reservoir is Eagles Hot Lake RV Park.
Shaw Reservoir really is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. Gussie Creek is a tremendous local stream; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Bowman Spring. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Grande Ronde River; going for a hike on the Boulevard Trail is always a glorious adventure.

A lake close by is Henrys Reservoir, and you'll meet a lot of people from La Grande here. At Shaw Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; most of the snow falls through January while July is the month with the least amount of
precipitation. After a long day outdoors Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a great location to spend a night or two, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Grande Ronde River.
High temperatures at Shaw Reservoir through the
summer months are in the 80's, and the overnight is a bit colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's, and overnight lows at Shaw Reservoir through the winter typically descend into the 20's.

We had a blast on this mountain on the Beach Day celebration, the staff was friendly as where the locals. They had the best barbeque, the lift lines where short, and the powder was great....

We have 31 - 50 amp spaces and 69 - 30 amp spaces., PETS:No charge for any number of pets.
