Serene Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Get drenched paddling on Clackamas River. Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. If the weather is fine here at Serene Lake, you can go for a hike along the Cottonwood Meadows Trail, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork. And if that's not enough there's plenty more cool things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Head up to Mt. Hood Ski Bowl and strap

Yep, outdoors cool things to do are truly plentiful here at Serene Lake. Cache Meadow is a fine site here at Serene Lake; Frazier Mountain is a peak you can distinguish from Serene Lake. Lake is a wet site that gets a good deal of rain; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is mostly the driest month.
While you're here at Serene Lake you can take a hike along the Roaring River Trail; a wonderful
place to camp here at Serene Lake is Frazier Turnaround Campground. Through the warm days of summer here at Serene Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in
the 40's, and overnight lows at Serene Lake all through the winter ordinarily drop into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent close by hotel is Resort at the Mountain; lakes are such calm places, why not take a look at
Shining Lake.
This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Serene Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Shining Lake Campground is a great local campground, and a day on the slopes of Timberline Lodge is just what you need.
