This lake is one of the great places here in the Siskiyou Mountains. For the duration of the days of summer at Secluded Lake Reservoir highs are generally in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Secluded Lake Reservoir. Be careful coming to the Siskiyou Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. There's some flowing

| | water close by, Peffley Creek is a stream you can pop by while here; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MEDFORD-CENTRAL POINT is a good place to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the Red Mountain Trail is always a perfect adventure. This lake is so wonderful. to do that. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Secluded Lake Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Secluded Lake Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Central Point Koa Kampground is a great place for that,
and not far from Secluded Lake Reservoir you obtain some pleasant water scenery at Sams Valley Dam. From a precipitation point of view Secluded Lake Reservoir is a pretty typical site; through the month of December you get the
most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July. Yeah, come up here to the Siskiyou Mountains for a magnificent time. Secluded Lake Reservoir is not the only spot close by, Chirgwin Reservoir is a close by lake; at
Secluded Lake Reservoir you always meet someone from Medford. This lake is so wonderful. There is a brilliant hiking trail near Secluded Lake Reservoir called the Chicago Trail; enjoy a round of golf at Laurel Hill Golf Course.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Medford is a wonderful site to get some rest; get drenched paddling on Rogue River. There are nice places to look at along the Canyon Number Three Trail, and a cool spot to have a look at is Neil Rock.

Mt. Ashland

Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
