Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. You're possibly addicted to lakes, Huckleberry Lake is one of those close by, and pleasant skiing awaits you at Willamette Pass. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the McKinley Creek                  Trail; don't forget to take a good little visit to Billy Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. There is a fine hiking trail close to Scout Lake called the Cain Cabin Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Christy Creek. Through the long summer days highs here at Scout Lake reach the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's.
