You'll need more than a day to explore everything Sand Lake has to offer, you can camp at Reaves Roost, and there are other spots here than Sand Lake, for example Lost Lake. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Sand Lake, and during summer nights temperatures       are in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 30's; night lows in the 20's for Sand Lake. It is very waterless here at Sand Lake ordinarily; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Sand Hollow is right next door to Sand Lake and is positively a magnificent place to have a look at. This lake is so wonderful.
