The beauty of Saint Helens Reservoir attracts many people from all around. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like St Helens Golf Course, and folks from Longview-Kelso love to come here. If you want to hit the beach, Lyons Beach is in the neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Kalama River. This lake is so wonderful.

Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff near Saint Helens Reservoir. Kalama River Inn is a great place to get some rest, and Scappoose Bay is very
near and is a great site to visit. Saint Helens Reservoir is a relatively wet place commonly with a great deal of precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is July. A great nearby hotel is Best Western Oak Meadows Inn; you'll discover a beautiful lake called Lake Koinenia.
