Rosebud Reservoir is       not the only place nearby, Oregon Gulch Reservoir Number One is a nearby lake; Rosebud Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Creek Campground is a good local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range. If you need a place to stay Windmill Inn And Suites Of Ashland is a wonderful choice. A short visit to Rattlesnake Spring is always worthwhile; close by you stumble on the Bieberstedt Trail which                  is a nice hiking trail. A perfect spot for whitewater paddling close to Rosebud Reservoir is Klamath River, and going for a hike on the Mosquito Fish Lake Trail is always a pleasant adventure. So much fun stuff in the Southern Cascade Range, just unbelievable. Don't forget to take a pleasant little journey to Keene Creek; there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Brown Mountain Trail. So much fun stuff to do here at Rosebud Reservoir, too nice to be true. Camping at Hyatt Lake Campground is always a splendid experience; Oregon Gulch is in the vicinity, and is a nice spot. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Lithia Springs Resort And Gardens, and the vista of gorgeous Rosebud Mountain is delightful. High temperatures at Rosebud Reservoir throughout the summer are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
