A lake nearby is Dollar Lake, and a perfect location nearby is Tenderfoot Pass. Aneroid Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and going for a hike on the Main Creek Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Rogers Lake is commonly a pretty dried up place; the wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that snows the most while July is usually the driest month. This       lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Baker City is a perfect choice, and there are magnificent places to explore along the Copper Creek Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Rogers Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Rogers Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. That right there is loads already, but it                  goes on; Rogers Lake has it all. There's so much to do here at Rogers Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wallowa Lake State Park is a perfect site for that; you can make out Aneroid Mountain from Rogers Lake. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Wallowa Mountains. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Rogers Lake has to offer, you can camp at Scenic Meadows RV Park. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains.
