This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Ringsmeyer Reservoir if you're here at Rock Pit Reservoir; it's close by; you can stay the night at Fish House Inn. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Rock Pit Reservoir. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; after the sun       is down during the wintertime temperatures at Rock Pit Reservoir dip into the 10's.
