This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Smarts Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity, and at Rock Creek Dam near Rock Creek Reservoir there are some exciting things to see. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rock Creek Reservoir a wet spot; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. You'll in fact wish       for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Central Cascade Range. A magnificent site to camp here at Rock Creek Reservoir is Dam Campground; there's wonderful hiking along the Ball Point Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on White River, and the Tygh Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This spot is excellent, just check out all the entertaining things to do near Rock Creek Reservoir. The best way to spend a winter                  day is on the slopes of nearby Cooper Spur, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from City of The Dalles for sure. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are brilliant; Cody Ponds is a lake that's near Rock Creek Reservoir, and swing by Wildcat Creek it's a delightful location to explore. Camping at Pine Hollow Lakeside Resort is always a pleasant experience; hiking is a popular thing to do around Rock Creek Reservoir; Little Badger Creek Trail is a tremendous local trail. During the summer, highs regularly are in the 60's at Rock Creek Reservoir; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Rock Creek Reservoir. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Central Cascade Range. The snow is pleasant at Mt. Hood Meadows, and get yourself into a kayak and hit White River.
