Rinaldi Reservoir is not the only spot close by, Beaver Pond is a close by lake, and as expected Bottle Creek is a stunning stream that is worth stopping at. The high level of rainfall makes Rinaldi Reservoir a relatively wet site; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A great place close to Rinaldi Reservoir is Branton Bar;       there are plenty of people from Roseburg here. Stay the night at Twin Rivers Vacation Park, and Umpqua River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by. Now, you may imagine that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Rinaldi Reservoir. If you need a place to stay Best Western Hartford Lodge is a good choice, and if you've had enough of Rinaldi Reservoir, Grier Reservoir is nearby. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot                  more cool stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. All through the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 80's at Rinaldi Reservoir, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Rinaldi Reservoir are in the 30's. Just can't get enough of the Coast Ranges. A great nearby hotel is Microtel Sutherlin. There's so much to do here at Rinaldi Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Hi-way Haven RV Park is a delightful location for that.
