Do stop by Rieke Reservoir while you're in this part of Oregon. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. All through the warmest time of the year here at Rieke Reservoir, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while Rieke Reservoir overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. So many cool things to do at Rieke Reservoir,

| | so little time. Roseburg Country Club is a tremendous golf course nearby; a tremendous nearby hotel is Best Western Garden Villa Inn.
This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Umpqua River - South is so much fun, and there's some flowing water close by, Elgarose Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. camp here for a while, On The River RV Park is a great spot for that; you're probably into lakes, Lammys Reservoir is one of those nearby. Rieke Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with
most of the rain, and July is when it's the driest.
So many amusing things to do here in the Coast Ranges, too nice to be true. Lookingglass Hill can be seen from Rieke Reservoir; you can stay the night at Twin Rivers Vacation
Park. This lake is so wonderful. At Rieke Reservoir you always meet someone from Roseburg, and of course, this is a glorious region for folks who like lakes, Hubbard Pond is a lake in close proximity.
