Richter Pond gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Richter Pond has it all. Why not check out nearby Fanno Creek if you're here at Richter Pond, and Summerfield Civic Golf Course is a nice golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Molalla       River is a perfect whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Richter Pond, and Pheasant Ridge RV Park is a magnificent local campground. Nearby lakes?
