If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Sublimity is a nice choice; there are some nice whitewater spots on Santiam River - South. Go for a hike on the Snow Peak Mill City Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything       Renound Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Sunnyside County Park. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Central Cascade Range is excellent! Don't leave Renound Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Michigan Heights Trail, and if you're a golfer then a nice nearby course is Mallard Creek Golf Course. You might want to pay a visit to Pleasant Valley while you're here at Renound Reservoir, and a great close by hotel is Travelodge Pioneer                  Villa. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Central Cascade Range. Stay the night at Holiday Mobile Park, and there's whitewater on Calapooia River for all you adrenaline people. Summertime highs at Renound Reservoir generally tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's.
