     Reeder Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. You can take a little trip to Reeder Gulch Dam while you're here at Reeder Reservoir, and unsurprisingly East Fork Ashland Creek is a pretty stream that is worth taking a look at. But wait, there's more to do near Reeder Reservoir. There's good hiking along the Mount Ashland Trail, and you'll in all probability meet some folks from Medford here. And if that's not enough there's a load more amusing things to do in the  
   Siskiyou Mountains. There are other sites here than Reeder Reservoir, for example Lower Reservoir, and you can see Ropers Bunion from Reeder Reservoir.
During the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 90's at Reeder Reservoir; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Reeder Reservoir temperatures descend to the 30's. Klamath River has
 
               a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; you could always discover Jemmison Gulch. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not go to Granite Street Reservoir in close proximity to Reeder Reservoir; skiing at Mt. Ashland is one of those things you just should do.
US Forestry Department is a magnificent campground nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear Creek Trail. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Siskiyou Mountains is so good!. Reeder Reservoir is pretty dried out mostly; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest of the months is July.
This place, Reeder Reservoir, it simply has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Reeder Reservoir is a tremendous spot to visit for more than one day, Jackson wellsprings is a tremendous spot to camp nearby; the Copper Trail offers hiking at its best. Reeder Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Siskiyou Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Oak Knoll Golf Club; a magnificent close by hotel is Ashland Springs Hotel.
Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Siskiyou Mountains. Whitewater paddling is nice on Shasta River, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Bard's Inn is a great place to spend a night or two.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
