Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Coast Ranges. A fine close by hotel is Salishan Spa And Golf Resort. There's so much to do here at Reed Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Coyote Rock RV Resort and Marina is a fine spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Salishan Lake if you're here at Reed Reservoir; it's nearby, and from Reed Reservoir you get a tremendous       sight of Cannery Mountain. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Reed Reservoir? North Lagoon is in the neighborhood; Chinook Bend is a fine spot to visit while in the area. Reed Reservoir gets lots of water; through the month of December you get the most rain around here; the driest month is July. After a long day outdoors Looking Glass Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two, and some                  of the water nearby flows, like Bear Creek.
