A spree to Leuthold Couloir is always fun, and the Timberline Trail offers hiking at its best. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at White River Park Campground if you're here at Recession Lakes, naturally you could also pop by Perry Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. You truly have to go for Recession Lakes. At Recession Lakes you can observe

No need to travel far to visit interesting stuff like The Chimney; there's whitewater on Hood River - West Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Hood River is a glorious place to spend a night or two; everybody nearby loves skiing at Cooper Spur. | |

Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is plentiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Don’t forget to visit Devils Kitchen if you're here at Recession Lakes, and the skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows is good. This lake is one of the great places
here in the Central Cascade Range. Recession Lakes gets lots of water; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Recession Lakes; Pinnacle Ridge Trail
is a magnificent local trail, and camping is available at Reservoir Campground. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Hood River - Lake Branch; tremendous hiking is available
along the Elk Grove Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Recession Lakes you will meet lots of people from nearby Hood River; a splendid nearby hotel is Mount Hood Inn. Summer at Recession Lakes arrives with
high temperatures in the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 40's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Recession Lakes tend to be in the 30's.
