Pyramid Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The snow is nice at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl; if you came for an overnight stay Frazier Fork Campground is a pleasant place to camp. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a pleasant time. If the weather is perfect here at Pyramid Lake, you can go for a hike along the Cottonwood Meadows Trail, and Black Wolf Meadow Creek is in close proximity to Pyramid Lake and is always a

| | delight to take a look at. Pyramid Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Pyramid Lake you can take a hike along the Hambone Trail, and why not camp at Hambone Springs Campground since you're here at Pyramid Lake. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great earth it would be. Lakes? Sure, Hideaway Lake is close by, and Clackamas River is a good whitewater spot nearby. coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever want to go home again. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Timberline Lodge is right next door to Pyramid Lake, and Resort at the Mountain is a perfect place to get some rest.
Through the months of summer here at Pyramid Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's
overnight here at Pyramid Lake. Shellrock Lake is a glorious lake close to Pyramid Lake, and if you need a location to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place for whitewater
paddling in close proximity to Pyramid Lake is Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork; there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Roaring River Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Pyramid Lake a rather wet spot; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
